Vehicle Access and Movement Policy

Please note that vehicle access to the event site will be strictly regulated to ensure safety and smooth operations throughout the day. Each participant will be assigned an entrance time and on no account will they be able to leave the site until the end of the event.  To minimise disruptions and ensure the safety of all attendees, there will be no further movement of vehicles within the event premises until the conclusion of the event at 6:30 PM. We kindly ask all participants to plan their setup and breakdown activities within these designated times. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

In our commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and legally compliant event for all attendees, we remind all our stallholders that the sale or display of specific items is strictly prohibited at our event. Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all participants to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Weapons and Dangerous Items
  • Illegal Substances
  • Counterfeit Goods
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Adult Content
  • Live Animals

Discriminatory Content: Items or materials that promote, glorify, or incite discrimination, hate, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristics under UK law are strictly prohibited.
This list is not exhaustive. The event organisers reserve the right to add to or modify this list at any time and to make final determinations about what is considered a prohibited item. Stallholders found to be selling or displaying prohibited items or content will be asked to remove those items immediately. They may face further sanctions, including removal from the event and prohibition from future events.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, ensuring a successful and inclusive event for everyone involved. If you have any questions or require clarification on what may or may not be sold or displayed, please get in touch with the event organisers directly.

All generators will need to be Health and Safety checked by the site electrician. Sorry but there is no water or electricity available on site for use by stall holders.

All donations will go towards future events or the improvement of facilities at Blondin Park.
Please note that your application is not confirmed until you have received confirmation from the Brentford Festival Team directly, we will also supply payment details at this time. We do not offer refunds for cancellations in advance or for those not able to attend on the day.
We do not produce our site map until a few weeks before the event and are therefore not able to assign pitches until that date
